Our Story began in 2001, as a Hotel Brand Franchisor, in collaboration with Interior Designers, Architects, Construction Contractors, Procurement Agencies and Marketing teams tasked with creating and contributing to building and franchising an unprecedented, seven-time J.D. Power Award winning hotel brand, with over 420 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. To do so required creativity + sound judgment + hard work + delivering a quality product + extensive networking + relationship building with architects, contractors, capital investors and franchise operators across the country.
Over the past 25+ years, Dawn Berry, along with many other recognized and respected authorities in the Industry, have worked across the country, directly and indirectly, building a reputation of strong leadership, maximizing teams, innovative thinking, sustainability, supporting small business and delivering quality products, experiences and results.
To us, Hospitality is simply a way-of-being, our personal expression. Today, we've extended that same light, warmth and spirited of a simple welcome, to personalizing your lifestyle hotel, luxury residential home or commercial project. Built from a foundation and successful career in Hospitality, one that consisted of some of the most renowned hotels and hotel companies, Dawn is most recognized for her pioneering leadership that contributed to the development, branding and franchising of 500+ Hilton Garden Inn® hotels across the United States, Canada and Mexico, before moving forward and launching an independent Hotel investment, development and management company of 16+ years.
Hospitality was more than a job to her. Instead, it was and continues to remain a way of life and a way of being. Hospitality is not something you do, but rather who you are. A demonstration of actions that make a difference in the lives of those around you and in the world. An expression of passion and proven experience that over time, has expanded beyond hotels, to include luxury residential and commercial real estate, land + construction project development, furnishings, asset management and business consultation.
