Hospitality is my DNA and serves as a guiding principle. My real estate career of 25+ years, began in the Hotel Industry. Over the years, I have been responsible for franchising, development, design and operation of over 500 Hilton branded hotels across the country. Contributing to a 7-time J.D.Power award winning brand. I honed my ability to build diverse local and national networks + resources, maintain strong partnerships and business relationships, problem solve and negotiate; most importantly, delivering results. My passion for bringing visions to reality, creating comfortable, functional, and welcoming spaces through interior design/furnishings, translates as a natural expression in areas like renovations, new construction, selling and staging for home sales.
Working with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors, I know firsthand that it's more than just logistics, it is moving your life! There are many moving parts in a real estate transaction. As a licensed REALTOR® at Parks, a locally owned, and market-leading brokerage in Middle Tennessee, I am armed with exceptional knowledge, access to the latest in real estate market news, technology, and the area’s “hidden gems”. I believe that representing my clients to the best of my ability, includes education and communication throughout every step in the process, providing extended expert resources throughout our Industry, and listening for what is important and matters, to them. My Story of everything HOSPITALITY began in 1989 where I worked in hotels through and beyond my college years. Fast forward to 2001, working for Hilton Worldwide, Inc., where I was selected to lead the charge, in collaboration with Developers, Investors, Franchisees, Interior Designers, Architects, Construction Contractors, Procurement Agencies, Marketing teams and more. Tasked with creating and contributing to building and franchising an unprecedented, seven-time J.D. Power Award winning hotel brand, with over 420 locations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico by Spring 2006. To do so required strong leadership, creativity + sound judgment + hard work + delivering a quality product/service + extensive networking + relationship building with architects, contractors, capital investors and franchise operators across the country.
I took a leap of faith in 2006, having been an instrumental part of building the Hilton Garden Inn Brand, and launched my very own Hotel Real Estate Development, Management and Design company. Over those 15+ years, our team developed, designed and managed over 30 hotels across the Country. From Building my own homes to helping others with interior design, adding Residential Real Estate to my commercial practice was a natural progression as well as a personal expression.
Today, I continue to extend the same light, warmth and spirited of a Hospitality to every client and project. My goal is to contribute to and exceed your expectations, surprise, and delight in creating unique spaces, assist you in buying or selling properties and real estate projects that contribute to the making of unexpected and memorable moments for all who experience it.
